In her function as Managing Director and co-founder Jutta Schoenhaar is responsible for the development of distribution channels for our manufacturers also for the grooming our network to resellers, distributors and systems integrators. In addition, Jutta acquires new and innovative products to our portfolio. She knows the current market situation and understands the needs of our users.

As founder and Managing Director Stefan Pfütze is responsible for the healthy growth of x-dream-media. In his function he is also the contact person for any sales or partner management related question.
Earlier Stefan Pfütze was  employed at Rhozet and Harmonic. There he was responsible for the business development, sales and partner as well as project management of the software based transcoding products.

In his function as Director Development and co-founder Harald Jordan signs responsible for the development of all own products and solutions as well as for all custom developments. In this context he’s also in charge of the project management.
Earier Harald Jordan has founded redstream. His focus was on consulting of broadcasters with regard to technological problems and the development of products to overcome such shortcommings.

During his study of the media industry with emphasis marketing and media management in Cologne, Tobias Schönhaar explored different areas of the media industry. The joy of communication, languages and organization he deepened in Paris, London and Istanbul. With experience in traditional sales, marketing, project management and business development, now claim to be a reliable partner is to be in terms of media technology.
